Solutions Consultant


Job Description:

This is a contract position that requires the candidate to be responsible for identifying, designing, and developing solutions using various research methodologies to meet clients' needs across multiple industries in Asia.

The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial team to participate in client meetings, deepen relationships, and leverage project insights to identify and close incremental opportunities.

They will also collaborate with the operations team to optimize project pacing, delivery, and reporting to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions by working on a wide range of research methodologies such as brand health, brand lift, audience segmentation, opportunity to see, and digital tagging.
  • Participate in client meetings to deepen relationships via high-value client engagement.
  • Leverage project insights / reporting to proactively identify, pitch, and close incremental opportunities.
  • Collaborate with MA operations team's project pacing, delivery and reporting and optimize to meet client objectives.
  • Manage qualitative studies by guiding external vendors to recruit the right samples, prepare questionnaires, and ensure sessions go as per clients' requirements.
  • Review final findings / reports from the MA operations team and provide comprehensive, actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Highly numerate and analytical mindset with a genuine passion for research.
  • Confident communicator able to present to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive role and team player.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially for testing survey links and reviewing raw survey data.
