Unlock Data Insights as a Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Data Services Representative, you will be responsible for achieving program goals and objectives while working with clients' Customer Success teams to understand Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the client's Customer Success team to comprehend the ICPs of each customer.
  • Create saved queries within provided databases reflecting the information outlined on the ICPs.
  • Review 'Preview Files' of data provided in saved queries to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify that Titles, Companies (Firmographics) align with the Customer ICP.
  • Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting for data provided.
Requirements:
  • More than 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Complex thinker/Technical Thinker to understand Products and Services provided by customers.
  • Must possess own laptop/desktop meeting minimum requirements: Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher.
  • Reliable internet connection with minimum Download Speed - 6 Mbps and Upload Speed - 6 Mbps.
