Insights Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insights Data Specialist to join our team. This role involves tracking and organizing performance data from various sources, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.

About the Role:

  • Track and organize performance data from creator posts, including impressions, audience engagement, and other relevant metrics.
  • Analyze and compare post performance against past averages to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create sentiment analysis and word clouds from post comments to provide deeper insights into audience feedback.
  • Develop visual reports using data visualization tools to showcase campaign results and key findings.
  • Maintain historical data for trend analysis and benchmarking purposes.
  • Structure campaign data for easy access across teams and integration with our content management system.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software, including Excel and Google Suite.
  • Experience working with social media metrics and data visualization tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and develop/maintain processes to support business objectives.
