Job Title: Data Insights Expert

As a skilled Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional user experiences for mobile app users. You will work closely with our engineers to measure and analyze user behavior, informing strategic decisions regarding future app directions.

You will become an integral member of our data-driven team, providing support and sharing knowledge whenever needed.

  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Develop measurement plans, prepare specifications for new features in collaboration with engineers.
  • Participate in agile product development as part of our day-to-day team (attend standups, brainstorming sessions, planning and backlog refinements).
  • Analyze A/B testing results to enhance user experience and increase conversion.

Required Skills:

  • Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL - data exports and SELECT-statements.
  • Strong statistical knowledge - e.g., averages, means, quantiles, correlations.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with ability to collect and analyze data to generate business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Google Data Studio, BigQuery, or Tableau.
  • Experience with Lifetime Value (LTV) calculations and predictions.
  • Thorough understanding of global apps and marketing ecosystem.
  • Basic knowledge in a programming or scripting language.
  • Expertise in planning and conducting A/B tests.
