Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success by transforming data into actionable insights and helping our organization make data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics, visualization, and SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Assure data veracity, visual excellence, and user satisfaction
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Conduct full lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities, and design
  • Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
  • Collect required data, analyze outcomes, and provide ongoing reports
  • Recognize, evaluate, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist or similar role
  • Proficiency in data modeling and designing scalable data architectures
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Good report writing and presenting skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
