Data Insights Specialist

The role of a Data Analyst is to drive data-driven decision making by designing, deploying and enhancing analytics capabilities. This involves collaborating closely with product teams to uncover insights from analysing company data, identifying opportunities for process optimisation and testing the effectiveness of different courses of action.
Key Responsibilities- Support business decisions with facts, insights and recommendations
- Gather requirements and determine the best course of action for analysis
- Define datasets and dashboards to support key business processes
- Analyse and evaluate A/B tests, report on results and recommend next steps
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Train team members with dashboards / self serve analytics when needed
- Experience working with large-scale data sets
- Data analysis, cleaning or visualisation experience (e.g. SQL, Python, spreadsheets)
- Enterprise Digital Analytics experience (e.g. Snowplow, GA4)
- Modern data warehousing solutions experience (e.g. BigQuery)
- Collaborative team player qualities
- Innovative data analytics methodologies
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and expertise
