Job Title: French-English Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

As a customer support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients from French-speaking regions. Your role will involve communicating with customers in both French and English via voice calls and live chat to provide timely, friendly, and accurate support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, resolving concerns, and making every interaction feel professional, clear, and friendly.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and guiding them through solutions step-by-step.
  • Logging all customer interactions accurately and identifying trends to share feedback and improve processes.
  • Collaborating with your team to stay updated on priorities and representing the brand with care, professionalism, and patience.

We are seeking an individual with fluency in French and English (spoken and written) and at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in remote, e-commerce, or tech support settings. Experience with bilingual customer support and tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and have strong attention to detail. A genuine desire to help people and comfort working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team are essential.

Requirements:
  • Laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or higher.
  • Stable internet connection (15 Mbps upload/download or faster).
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace for calls.
