Job Title:

Bilingual Call Center Representative

Description:

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team of customer service representatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish.

As a bilingual call center representative, you will provide top-notch support to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls with ease.

You will translate and communicate clearly across both languages, assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, and follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.

Meet daily and monthly performance goals, work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

With prior experience in a bilingual customer service role preferred, you will be authorized to work in the country where the job is based and undergo background and/or security investigations as required.
