We are assisting a pair of growing businesses in the ceramics and chocolate industries by finding a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to support their financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Operations Management
- Manage QuickBooks Online, including reconciliations, categorizing expenses, and invoice management.
- Clear existing backlog of bank reconciliations and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Generate and send client invoices, track payments, and issue reminders as needed.
- Handle international transfers via Airwallex and similar platforms.
- Manage retainer billing for select clients.
- Track and organize financial records across multiple revenue streams.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
- Proven Bookkeeping Experience (at least 1 year), ideally with small or creative businesses.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
- Experience handling international transactions.
- Attention to Detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective Communication skills.
