As a seasoned learning delivery professional, you will have the opportunity to empower employees through impactful learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions on various topics, including onboarding, systems, soft skills, and leadership development, ensuring that all participants are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver content that caters to diverse learning styles, using a range of instructional techniques and technologies to keep participants engaged and motivated throughout the training process.
  • Coordinate learning programs, including scheduling, communications, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery and maximum impact.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall quality of the program.
  • Provide post-training coaching and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to enhance content delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least two years of training facilitation/learning delivery experience, preferably in a business process outsourcing (BPO) or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) environment.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence in leading groups of all sizes and adapting to different learning environments.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), with the ability to integrate technology into the training process to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and adaptability skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and navigate complex logistical requirements.
