Job Title: Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide administrative support to our CEO and other senior leaders.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be highly proactive, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments across multiple time zones.
2. Handling email correspondence, prioritizing messages, and drafting responses on behalf of the CEO.
3. Preparing, organizing, and distributing documents, presentations, and reports using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
4. Conducting research and providing concise summaries to assist the CEO in decision-making.
5. Coordinating virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items.
6. Maintaining organized digital files and ensuring timely retrieval of information.
7. Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
8. Assisting with personal administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
2. Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
3. Background in supporting C-level executives (preferred).
4. Excellent English skills (written and verbal) with the ability to draft professional emails and documents.
5. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software as required.
7. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar) (preferred).
8. Experience working with a remote team and across time zones (preferred).
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
10. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
11. High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
