Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement operational excellence initiatives that drive results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs.
