Operations Manager: Leading Customer Experience Improvement

Join our organization and take on a pivotal role in managing our customer contact center operations team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a virtual team of supervisors and staff to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of 8-10 front-line supervisors and staff across multiple shifts to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction results.
  • Direct the overall service-related activities for the customer service function, supporting the company's customer experience and operations strategies.
  • Collaborate with human resources to implement people initiatives, including compensation planning, performance management, staffing, employee relations, recruitment, training, and development programs.
  • Interface with other business units, such as sales, account management, and technology, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Optimize operational efficiencies by directing workforce management execution and implementing technology and process enhancements to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing a contact center or call center operations management environment.
  • Proven track record of improving operational effectiveness and efficiency while enhancing the customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in leading multi-channel virtual teams and driving customer-centric culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to research, troubleshoot, and lead cross-functional teams.
