About the role Ascendion is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects that are critical to the growth and success of our Information & Communication Technology organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies to keep projects on track
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports and other documentation
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to more junior project management staff
  • Continuously look for ways to improve project management processes and methodologies

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience as a Sr. Project Manager, ideally in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Expertise in leading Agile and traditional project management methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable
