At our organization, we empower diverse individuals to drive various possibilities. Our Surveillance Team is part of the Risk Management Group and provides business surveillance to our operating businesses and support groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Electronic Communications and Voice surveillance to assist the wider Surveillance team with day-to-day analysis of firm activity, including electronic communications and relevant trades.
  • Manage daily/weekly volume of alerts and escalate matters of interest and follow up issues to a successful conclusion.
  • Collaborate with local and Global Surveillance teams to improve quality of alerts generated and remove false positive findings.

The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, high attention to detail with ability to interpret complex verbal information, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar. Additionally, 4+ years relevant experience in compliance or regulatory role with focus on detection and review of potential risks, especially market abuse and manipulation, is an advantage.
