We seek an experienced and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial support to our operations.

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently, adhering to established timelines.
  • Manage commission payments for sales representatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets with precise formulas, facilitating data analysis and insights.
  • Ensure payroll processing aligns with Australian laws and regulations, maintaining a compliant environment.
  • Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Generate regular financial reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Oversee debt collection processes, promoting timely resolutions and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate in budgeting and forecasting initiatives, providing expert financial guidance.
  • Maintain adherence to Australian tax and payroll regulations, ensuring a compliant organizational framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
  • Proficiency in MYOB Premier, with advanced knowledge of its capabilities.
  • Expertise in Excel, including formula development and data visualization.
  • Proven understanding of Australian payroll and tax laws, ensuring seamless compliance.
  • Experience in preparing BAS and monthly financial reports, demonstrating expertise in financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills, enabling efficient task completion.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
