European Finance Analyst Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial analyst to join our team. As a European finance analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

  • Review the accuracy of business cases submitted by initiative owners in Wave project platform.
  • Communicate with all initiative owners around actuals tracking (financially), and heavy assistance with KPI/Milestones tracking.
  • Support initiative owners in forecasting, budgeting and assessing risks and recommend a plan to build gaps.
  • Create reporting around variance analysis on a monthly or potentially weekly basis.
  • Contribute in other financial activities such as monthly accounting close & reporting process.
  • Support finance's standing goal to continuously improve the quality, efficiency and value of financial information produced, via financial tools such as Wave, operational efficiencies, and automation.
  • Support in all integration financial aspects and ad hoc activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or similar field. A bachelor's degree in financial analysis, accounting, management consulting or similar is required.

  • Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
