Financial analysts play a pivotal role in organizations by providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk/product/operational process analytics, proficiency in SQL, and preferred qualifications including experience working with data in Python or experience working in a startup environment.

The successful Data Analyst will develop and maintain reporting on key strategy metrics, monitor key metrics, identify and define problem areas in the process, create hypotheses for process optimization, and specify and oversee tasks related to process development/improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
