Financial Analyst Job Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in the financial management of our organization.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team, providing crucial data analysis and reporting support to senior leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading data collection, consolidation, and reporting across the partnership, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful delivery of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, consolidate, and review monthly global financial data, leveraging new technologies to ensure seamless integration into our systems.
  • Maintain high standards of data management, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security throughout the reporting lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across the WV Partnership to gather financial data and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely updates of data into our systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or a related field (with CPA license or MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably within a non-profit environment.
  • Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment including management of different time zones.
