Job Title:

AI Workflow Strategist

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven workflows across the organization.

This high-impact role focuses on streamlining customer, vendor, and internal communications while driving the improvement and adoption of modern AI tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI workflow development, process automation, or intelligent agent implementation. Strong technical proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows to streamline sales, purchasing, and internal/external communications
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern AI tools
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as purchase order follow-ups, calibration reminders, and quote requests
  • Evaluate hosting and integration platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Zapier, Power Automate) and recommend the best-fit solutions
  • Collaborate with departments to reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and SharePoint lists
  • Provide training sessions on AI tools, use cases, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI workflow development, process automation, or intelligent agent implementation
  • Strong technical proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017, IndySoft, or similar ERP/CRM systems

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Business Central, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Python and Excel Macros
  • Experience improving customer/vendor communication through AI tools
