Job Title: AI Video Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to create high-quality AI-powered videos and automate workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing AI solutions, automating tasks, and managing complex projects.

The role involves working with senior executives, assisting with tasks ranging from AI experimentation to data analysis and market research. Key responsibilities include leading automation projects using tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, etc., analyzing data and optimizing AI workflows, creating engaging video content using avatars and AI-generated UGC (user-generated content), conducting market research and summarizing key findings, running usability tests and creating website mockups when needed, developing and managing AI agents for business automation, and more.

Requirements:
  • A problem-solver with strong adaptability.
  • Self-motivated with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Skilled at working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable.
  • Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience creating AI-powered videos or UGC content.
  • Familiarity with avatar-generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, D-ID, HeyGen).
  • Experience with video editing and TikTok-style formats.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
