Job Opportunity: Software Quality Assurance Tester

  • As a key member of our software development team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with the QA team to analyze and interpret software requirements and specifications.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  3. Plan, estimate, and prioritize testing activities to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  4. Design and create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data to validate software functionality.
  5. Identify, record, and document defects accurately and correctly to facilitate timely resolution.
  6. Track reported defects and collaborate with the engineering and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  7. Perform UI, sanity, functional, regression, component, and end-to-end testing to ensure software meets required standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing.
  • Proven expertise in using Azure DevOps for managing test plans, executing tests, and generating test reports.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, test planning, test case detailing, and defect tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn custom development frameworks and new technologies.
  • Experience working with database operations and API calls is a plus.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
