About the Role

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business needs, working closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, performing quality assurance testing, reviewing pull requests, and maintaining a healthy codebase. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals and enhance your technical knowledge to share insights with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement new features/software products while enhancing and maintaining existing ones.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications by working closely with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on your work and that of others to ensure reliability.
  • Review pull requests, provide constructive guidance, and maintain a healthy codebase.
  • Enhance your technical knowledge and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including frontend, backend, and DevOps.
  • Proficiency in Java frameworks (Spring and Spring Boot), front-end development tools (Vanilla JS and React).
  • Competency in Object-Oriented Design, functional programming, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures and deployment tools.
  • Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development.
  • Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Willingness to work with legacy code.
  • Knowledgeable about current and emerging technologies.
  • Proven experience in software development projects.
  • Skilled in system-level design, web services, and version control.
  • Familiar with testing frameworks and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
