Quality Assurance Expert

At our organization, we're looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our customer-facing web and mobile applications.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance with a strong emphasis on manual and automated testing. They will be responsible for developing and executing detailed test cases and test plans for both web and mobile applications, as well as conducting thorough manual testing to identify and document functional, usability, and performance issues.

We're seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and has excellent collaboration and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively work in agile teams, communicate clearly, and provide actionable defect reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed test cases and test plans for both web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing to identify and document functional, usability, and performance issues.
  • Assist in executing automated tests and integrate automation into the testing process.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers and product teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) and any certifications in test automation tools are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong emphasis on manual and automated testing.
  • Experience working in agile teams and exposure to automated testing tools and methodologies is advantageous.
