Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and implement quality control processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate quality results and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
