Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for various properties using specialized software.
  2. Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports and statements.
  3. Process accounts payable/receivable, and handle tenant billing in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of tenant and owner accounts.
  5. Support budget preparation and forecasting efforts through data-driven analysis.
  6. Stay up-to-date with tax laws and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  7. Utilize software for effective bookkeeping and reporting.
