Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure proper planning, staffing, and direction of operational functions.
  • Review team performance daily to ensure optimal production is reached and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze reports and program data to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are met with optimum quality and service.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in the call center industry.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree with a major in Business.
  • Client relationship management experience and ability to communicate with various positions and departments.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and implement change and innovation.
