About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Education Consultant to join our team at the Satellite Office. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our business partners and franchisees to deliver high-quality training programs that meet their needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating virtual classroom sessions, continuous training plans, and competency check-ins. You will also analyse training needs and support the design and implementation of training programs and schedules.

Your main focus will be on designing and developing lesson plans and programs to address the needs within our network and business. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement a cohesive, integrated, and comprehensive offering of programs.

You will be responsible for administering and maintaining training master files, competency assessments, and edapp modules. Additionally, you will report on compliance as requested and ensure currency and relevancy of all resources and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate virtual classroom sessions, continuous training plans, and competency check-ins for business partners and franchisees.
  2. Analyse training needs and support the design and implementation of training programs and schedules.
  3. Design and develop lesson plans and programs to address needs within the network and business.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement a cohesive, integrated, and comprehensive offering of programs.
  5. Administer and maintain training master files, competency assessments, and edapp modules.
About You
  • You have intermediate to advanced experience using LMS platforms and presentation software.
  • You possess sound knowledge of various systems including BI, Deputy, and Safety Culture platforms.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • You are able to lead the business to engage with and proactively participate in the client achievement cycle and ensure mandatory capability programs are completed.
