This role will handle vendor bill processing across multiple entities. The Finance Administrator position is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering bills into our system.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and accurately enter vendor bills.
  • Ensure correct currency application for invoices.
  • Verify bill details, including amounts, vendor information, and appropriate account coding.
  • Maintain timely data entry to support accurate financial reporting and accounts payable processing.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software; experience with data entry systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage high-volume data entry independently in a fast-paced environment.
