Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Conduct inventory counts to ensure stock levels are accurate
  • Receive, display, and pull out items from stock as required
  • Analyze sales and stock data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with customers
Requirements
  • Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field (college graduate an advantage)
  • At least 6 months of good selling performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking, honest, and people-oriented individual with a pleasing personality
  • Ability to multitask, work fast, and adapt to changing schedules
  • Willingness to be assigned to other stores within the company as needed
