As a Junior Architect with us, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of our architectural plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating accurate AutoCAD drawings of architectural plans;
  • Estimating material quantities and preparing Bills of Quantity;
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure projects are on track;
  • Utilizing computer applications (2D, 3D, CAD, and SketchUp) to enhance design capabilities;
  • Attending design coordination meetings with clients and other engineering disciplines;
  • Preparing detailed design reports and specifications;
  • Developing shop drawings and other essential documents for project execution;
  • Sourcing furniture, fixtures, and materials for project implementation;
  • Assisting in the preparation of project material quantities and cost estimates;
