Job Description

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to generate e-commerce sales. You will collaborate with our Marketing team to create engaging content for product listings and promotions. Additionally, you will provide support and manage customer inquiries, oversee logistics for order fulfillment and shipping, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Experience in marketing and e-commerce
  • Solid knowledge in managing online seller stores (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
