Zaine Cosmetics is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving authentic Japanese dishes to our discerning customers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate chef who can create traditional Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, and ramen. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality Japanese dishes, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and practices.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
  • Proficient in cook skills, kitchen hygiene, and customer-oriented service with strong attention to detail.
