Job Title:
Customer Service AssociateThe Customer Support Associate I role involves interacting with customers via various communication channels to provide exceptional service and support. This position requires strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving routine problems in a timely manner.
- Clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools, and resources to provide appropriate resolutions.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with the customer.
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services, prepare accurate work, and participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Offer additional products or services, track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases, and respond to customer inquiries.
- A high school diploma and three to six months of relevant experience are preferred.
- Courteous and strong customer service orientation, with excellent computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities, dependability, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adapt to changes quickly, with tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and independent working skills, with patience and professionalism in all customer contact situations.
This role has program required basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes but lacking program/product specific knowledge. Works with close supervision and clearly defined procedures. Starting to demonstrate familiarity with client terminology, operating standards, and procedures. Starter without sustained metric performance levels.
