Responsibilities:
  1. Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries effectively.
  2. Document customer interactions accurately and promptly in the system.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing suitable solutions.
  4. Maintain exceptional professionalism and customer service standards at all times.
  5. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to senior agents as necessary.
