Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately and promptly in the system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing suitable solutions.
- Maintain exceptional professionalism and customer service standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to senior agents as necessary.
- Allocate approximately 30 minutes for this onboarding and application phase.
- Enter your personal information accurately in the provided fields.
