About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales initiative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients.

As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be on:

  • Reviewing all brands that initiate the sign-up process and their profiles
  • Welcome calls to new clients, answering questions, handling objections, and clarifying our value proposition
  • Understanding client needs and managing expectations while educating them on our product
  • Qualifying suitable plans for clients and setting up communication flows in Salesforce
  • Providing feedback to internal teams on common insights and objections

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology or SaaS
  • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
