About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily call lists and agendas, preparing for client interactions, and compiling insightful reports on key metrics and performance indicators. You will also be required to organize virtual files, manage email correspondence, and provide administrative support as needed.

In addition to these duties, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and learn new tools and software. We are committed to providing ongoing training and support to ensure that our team members have the resources they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical setup:
  • Intel Core i3 (6th-12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent.
  • 8GB RAM, 60GB free hard disk space.
  • Windows or Mac operating system.
  • 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
