Strategic Analytics Lead

Drive business growth by leading a team of offshore analysts and collaborating with onshore stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
Analytics Delivery
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
  • Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Recruitment, Training & Collaboration
  • Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
  • Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
  • Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of business problem-solving and client management is also required.

This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, as well as strong organizational and project management abilities.
