Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to lead our site properties and structures maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction practices, tools, and safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate maintenance support for site properties and structures.
  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Coordinate carpentry projects, estimate costs, and requisition supplies.
  • Maintain company fleet vehicles and track maintenance.
  • Oversee grounds and landscaping, including mowing, trimming, snow removal, etc.
  • Use Boys Town vehicle for transporting supplies and equipment.
  • Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge of construction practices, tools, and safety and building codes.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, CMMS, and Workday.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Able to recognize good craftsmanship and quality of products & services.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong vendor relationships.
  • Ability to supervise, encourage, and coach staff.
  • Ability to be professional with inspectors, architects, engineers, etc.
