About the RoleSupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies globally.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Consultant who will thrive in a multicultural environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support via chats and emails while building long-lasting relationships with our clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Analyze and implement the latest customer happiness practices
Requirements

Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills are a must-have for this role. Additionally, you should have at least 6 months of experience in a customer support position, personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain, and expertise in providing support via live chats.

You should also possess analytical and research skills, as well as a positive and responsible attitude. Having a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload) is highly recommended.
