Customer Support Expert

We're seeking a Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support via chats and emails.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via multiple communication channels.
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
  • Meeting or exceeding team performance metrics and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Native language proficiency in English (B2 level) and fluency in other languages is a plus.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer support role.
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is a must.
  • Experience providing support via live chats.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
