Job Overview:
The Client Services Manager is a key position that oversees the performance of virtual assistants in meeting client expectations. This role involves planning, operations, and problem-solving to ensure seamless collaboration between clients and virtual assistants.
Key Responsibilities:

- Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in the English Language (written and oral).
