Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to oversee the day-to-day financial operations and general ledger management for our entity. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between teams.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with strong academic credentials.
  • Native/Business level Japanese language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in general/financial accounting with a proven track record.
  • In-depth understanding of Japanese regulatory and reporting environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle general ledger and day-to-day financial operations.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication between teams.
  • Maintain compliance with local and international reporting standards.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Please note that this role requires fluency in Japanese and strong knowledge of Japanese accounting standards.
