Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The role will support treasury, trading, and investment operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the general ledger, disbursements, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate books and records across all financial levels.

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including management of the general ledger, disbursements, reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate books and records across all financial levels.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements in full compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and relevant regulatory standards to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and precise filing of tax returns as well as regulatory disclosures required by local authorities such as SEC, BIR, and BSP.
  • Coordinate statutory audits by leading audit preparations, addressing auditor queries promptly, and ensuring completion within set deadlines.
  • Monitor ongoing compliance with applicable SEC, BIR, and BSP regulations while proactively identifying areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
  • Support treasury and trading operations by providing accurate financial data analysis and detailed reporting tailored to business needs.
  • Develop robust tax planning strategies that align with organisational goals while ensuring proper documentation for all tax-related matters.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of general ledger accounts by investigating discrepancies thoroughly and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance analysts, external auditors, and regulators to uphold financial integrity at every level.
