Job Title: Procurement Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Procurement Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, preferably in construction or related industry, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

  • The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for vendor sourcing and management, procurement and negotiation support, project and site support, and administrative support.
  • This role requires strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written), proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools, initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), or related courses.
  • With 1–2 years of work experience in procurement, preferably in construction or related industry.
  • Background in procurement and construction is required.
  • Willing to undergo training in Manila before being assigned to Cebu.
  • Must be based in Cebu and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
