Procurement Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to develop their career in procurement.

Job Description

The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting our Inventory Planning and Procurement initiatives. This includes purchasing, managing vendor relationships, tracking orders and data, handling contracts and payments, and generating reports to support cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring timely and accurate placement of purchase orders.
  • Negotiating PO terms with vendors to reach acceptable agreements.
  • Monitoring vendors' compliance with agreed ship dates.
  • Tracking all orders and shipments to ensure correct and on-time delivery of goods.
  • Partnering closely with our Operations team and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of inventory plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or other related course with quantitative background.
  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in procurement involving purchase orders, which also entails analyzing data sets in support of various Inventory Planning and Procurement initiatives preferably gained from a multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
