
Global Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a skilled customer support representative to join our team and help users navigate complex issues.
This role involves utilizing technology to create efficient processes and developing self-service opportunities for seamless user experiences, promptly resolving issues to allow users to continue their journey on our platform.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing timely assistance to users through various channels
- Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities
- Troubleshooting login issues, user-reported bugs/issues encountered while using the platform, billing/payment queries
- Managing multiple customer cases simultaneously and providing timely and accurate customer feedback
- Collaborating with technical teams to resolve platform-related problems
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
- Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
