As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our third-party logistics providers. Your responsibilities will include tracking KPIs, monitoring contract obligations, and resolving issues that may arise. You will work closely with our team to ensure service delivery meets contractual terms and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, verify, and consolidate data for performance metrics such as on-time fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and transit times.
- Maintain dashboards and scorecards for regular reporting.
- Track compliance with SLAs and contract terms from third-party vendors.
- Manage a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and contribute to report preparation.
- Provide essential data for logistics cost analysis.
- Process purchase requisitions for standard materials, supplies, or services based on budget allocations.
- Evaluate partner compliance with standard building and facilities management activities.
- Prepare reports related to HACCP, GWP, and EHSS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound and outbound).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.).
- Organizational, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple deliverables.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Familiarity with contract terms, SLAs, and vendor compliance is an asset.
- Ability to conduct fieldwork and be assigned to Sucat, Muntinlupa (full onsite).
