Seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities. Key responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, picking, and packing, as well as ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and minimize waste.
  • Implement and maintain effective warehouse organization and layout to optimize inventory management and logistics.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, specifically in the fresh produce industry, with strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
