Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate engineers' schedules to maximize their capacity and address scheduling and coordination issues.
  • Manage IT resources for efficient task completion and utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to schedule work.
  • Assign and manage technical resources within our ticketing system.
  • Assess, prioritize, and allocate IT support requests, ensuring timely completion of outstanding items.
  • Monitor personnel schedules to ensure coverage and conflict-free scheduling.
  • Ensure prompt service delivery and time entry on service requests by monitoring resource schedules.
    • Meet project deadlines
    • Inform clients about scheduling or service changes/outages
    • Resolve client complaints
    • Measure client satisfaction through surveys
    • Communicate efficiently via instant messages, phone calls, and a ticketing system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and decision-making/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • English language proficiency for professional communication.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A stable internet connection for video and audio calls
  • A quiet workspace with a professional background.


Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience in the MSP industry.
  • Knowledge of MSP tools and ticketing systems.
  • Three+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience as a dispatcher, resource, or service coordinator in any industry.
